Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please Note: There are some items that are Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable. This will be noted in those product Descriptions, HOWEVER, if you received a damaged or incorrect product you will need to submit evidence photos within 15 days from date of delivery. You will not be responsible for return shipping charges on these items. If the package is damaged but the product has not been damaged, you would only need to submit a claim directly to the shipping carrier.
Any re-shipment that is required due to the incorrect address entered when the order was submitted, we would cover the shipping due to not verifying the ship to address.
Return Products are to be sent to the address(s) included in the package unless a specific return address is noted.
Shipping
We currently ship to United States and International based on specific products. This information will be noted in the Description of the products. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
From time to time we may offer a flat fee shipping rate and free shipping for certain amounts spent.
Shipping Discounts:
USA - If you spend $25.00 or more, you will receive Free Shipping on your purchase. Standard (Ground): Pending Payment approval, Standard Domestic Orders will be processed within 1-10 Business Days, Holidays and weekends not included, unless otherwise noted on the specific item. All other items less than the Discount will ship at $5.00 per order (ground within the U.S.)
INTERNATIONAL - Discounts apply as well. International Orders will be processed within 1-10 Business Days. Holidays and weekends not included unless otherwise noted on the specific item. All other items less than the Discount will ship $10.00 per order (ground International).
Custom Policy
To let you know, based on the country the item(s) ship to or from small orders may arrive free, however, there may be import duties and taxes when your shipment makes it to your country. To buy online doesn't mean all items are shipping from your country, so there may be custom duties and taxes.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Estimated Delivery is 4-15 Business days Pending delays due to Customs.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost
will be prior to bidding or buying.
